The short version
This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not sell or share personal information. We collect only what you type into our forms and the minimum records needed to deliver what you ask for.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, organization (if you provide one), your message, and which page you wrote from — so we can respond.
Mailing list: your email address, so we can send occasional updates you asked for.
Perusal access: when you open a perusal link we sent you, we record your explicit yes-or-no choice about receiving additional updates, and an access log noting when the script was accessed and a shortened browser identifier. Either answer delivers your perusal; a 'no' is honored permanently unless you change it.
Outreach records: if we have emailed you, we keep records of what was sent and delivered so we can honor your preferences.
When you click a link from our catalog to an outside retailer, we count the click without recording who you are.
What we don't do
No cookies are set for visitors to this site. No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts run here. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for their own use, and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, send updates only to people who said yes, and run our own outreach to theatrical organizations in the United States in compliance with CAN-SPAM. Nothing more.
Your choices
Every outreach email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing is permanent — we keep your address on a suppression list precisely so we never email you again. You can also write to us through the contact page or by mail at the address above to ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
Service providers
The site runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our behalf. Like any web host, our infrastructure sees IP addresses transiently in server logs and rate limiting; we do not store them in our own records.
Retention and children
We keep business records as long as we need them to operate; the unsubscribe suppression list is kept permanently so opt-outs stick. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
